Object

The purpose of this legal policy is to set forth the terms and conditions of the Visual Sound Avenue Affiliate Program.

Acceptance

By registering for the Visual Sound Avenue Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Legal Policy.

Visual Sound Avenue reserves the right to modify this legal policy at any time and without notice, and the updated version will be posted on its website.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Visual Sound Avenue affiliate program, the affiliate must be of legal age and have legal capacity to contract.

Affiliates promoting Visual Sound Avenue's products may not use spamming techniques or any other techniques that may damage the reputation of the company.

Visual Sound Avenue reserves the right to reject an affiliate's application at any time and without prior notice.

Affiliate Rights and Obligations

The Affiliate has the right to promote Visual Sound Avenue's services through its website, blog, social media, or other online or offline means, provided that it does so in an ethical and legal manner.

The Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws and the online advertising policies of search engines and social networks.

The Affiliate agrees not to use Visual Sound Avenue's trademark, logo or other material in a manner that may confuse the public or dilute the brand.

The Affiliate shall be solely responsible for the creation and maintenance of its website, blog or any other medium it uses to promote Visual Sound Avenue's services.

The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Visual Sound Avenue, its directors, employees, agents and representatives, from any claims, demands, legal actions, losses or damages arising from the marketing or sale of the services offered through the affiliate program.

Commissions

Visual Sound Avenue will pay Affiliate a commission of 7% of the sales price of services purchased through Affiliate's affiliate link.

Visual Sound Avenue reserves the right to modify commissions at any time and without notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Visual Sound Avenue be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of the use or inability to use the services offered through the affiliate program.

The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Visual Sound Avenue, its directors, employees, agents and representatives, from any claims, demands, legal actions, losses or damages arising from the marketing or sale of the services offered through the affiliate program.

Termination

Affiliate may terminate its participation in the Affiliate Program at any time without notice.

In the event of termination or cancellation, the affiliate will no longer receive commissions and must cease using any Visual Sound Avenue marketing or promotional materials.

Intellectual Property

All marketing, promotional and other content material provided by Visual Sound Avenue to the Affiliate for use in the Affiliate Program shall remain the sole property of Visual Sound Avenue.

The Affiliate has no right to use, copy or distribute this material outside the scope of the Affiliate Program.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This legal policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Visual Sound Avenue is located.

Any dispute arising out of this legal policy shall be submitted to the competent courts of the country in which Visual Sound Avenue is located.

Acceptance of the legal policy

By signing up for the Visual Sound Avenue affiliate program, the affiliate accepts this legal policy in its entirety and agrees to comply with its terms and conditions.
